i've got the pro 35 crb which is a fantastic great machine with one issue. the amount of crub it chucks out.

as you can see in the image below this is an example of the crud being chucked out. we vacuumed the room first with a sebo vacuum, and were using the white brushes. this is an extreme example but none the less it happens more than i'd like it to. also becomes a pain as i'm having to walk round wasting time collecting this crud but there's so much i end up sucking plenty of it up the wand clogging that up

what can we do to reduce this as it's not great when a customer is about.

also, should we be using the side panels (the ones with the tiny wheels) or the renovator trays (don't actually know what these are for), or nothing at all?

I am afraid CRB's always do that

Best for agitation without too much fluffing will be a rotary

           use the trays that's what there for to pick the crap up ,

You can use softer brushes to reduce that mess . This is what I do . Hope it helps 😎

You need to do a dry run with the renovators on  after vacuuming that will collect it.

Just shows that vacuuming is a waste of time .

Just put trays on mine dose the same more so with blue brushs

Its a good thing that it rips all that crap out of the carpet and a customer should be grateful that your going to the effort of doing that step for them.

Just use the trays or sweep up all the bits with a brush and put it in a plastic bag for the bin.

Agree with Mr Dawg, its no bad thing a customer seeing all that crud coming out of their carpet ,its better out than in ....ooooerr Matron
