Excellent video and very true.

I wouldn't normally take a person seriously who can put his cap on the right way round, but hey, he made some good sense.

Why not start selling training to the motor industry. Boy they need it now - some of those salesmen they have are atrocious.

So true and not just for selling. The world can seem bleak or fantastic. Very often the only difference is how you view things.

To start with in that video I thought this bloke is a wally but as it went on.... yup, I agree with him 100%.

When I started and went door knocking I just used to ask 'do you need a window cleaner' and it worked. Obviously I used to be polite with 'good morning' and all that. My pitch, if you can call it that, took less than 10 seconds to say in total but I was enthusiastic as I thought window cleaning was the greatest job on earth.
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.

I'd say 'C' major!  It's not too high, not too low.

I'd say 10/10. What else is there to say apart from have a shave, dress appropriately, wash the van and make sure you have some business cards with you.

It's always self belief. I have every belief in myself whenever I happen to knock. I only knock a few select places but I find selling myself easy. Potential customers aren't stupid they can see if someone is confident and assured, who is comfortable in their own skin. Customers will prefer that character to one who is shady, unsure of themself, won't make eye contact and tries to bluff rather than talk and respond with experience.

I would usually do the same but watched it all as it wasn't that long, just common sense stuff that I think most would already
know and would make no difference to a person who gets nervous door knocking.

door knocking is degrading and horrible theres no escaping it and no amount of videos and tips can change that feeling. Its just something you have to suck up and get on with sooner you get it done sooner you can start enjoying your life.
