Helping customer with maintenance.
« on: March 17, 2016, 02:08:13 pm »
We've started leaving chemspecs neutral floor cleaner with our sustomers after they have had there floors cleaned and sealed by us, I'm thinking of going one step further and leaving the equipment to actually apply the cleaner, what advice are you guys giving to your customers, i.e. which form of mopping and mop head, spray or mop bucket or ringer. if i can get some kit it would be a great selling point that we actually leave the full kit for them to maintain there floors after we have left.

Any kit, equipment that you leave your customers, your have a responsibility.  Check with your insurers that you have that area covered. (children slips, trips and falls come to mind)
