Yep, I agree with shrek. £1 per panal.
Soft brush, and whilst its cool season (pending where you are) its good. As you wouldnt want to do them in heat of day, whilst they will be at there hottest.

If access is not an issue then the use of a cherry picker would be the safest option on that one.

£1 a panel sounds way too cheap to me as I'm also betting they are really filthy too.
