renting out work

got a decent days work that i cant manage as im only working 4 days this year [ 50 now ] , dont want to sell really as it was hard to build up and had it 4 years , someone sugested i rent work out , but dont think its a good idea ,,, anyone else had any experiance of renting out work or vise versa , how much , how do you stop people just taking work after few months and stop paying , a lot is text night before so would i still text or just hand all responsabilty over to subby , any advice please  ??? ???
the more flyers i post , the luckier i seem to get ...

Personally, unless I knew the person really well, I wouldnt go down avenue of renting. For all the reasons youve said. Ive known many groups who have lost work as members in the group were moonlighting.
If your planning on cutting down, I would just sell it. Sometimes you have to let your baby's go!
