South East Leicestershire Window Cleaning Round For Sale.
This round has been cleaned by myself every 4 weeks, some houses every 8 weeks and a public house every 2 weeks for the past 15 years, all cleaned with a water fed pole for the past 10 years.
There are 33 houses with an average price of £21.03 in 2 villages, the turnover for the year is £8009, £667 a month. All houses are priced up to achieve £40 an hour, £300 a day, the round takes approximately 1 man 2 days to clean.
I have all clients contact details on Excel, clients pay by cash/ cheque on the day of the clean or they send me cheque/ BACS payment on receipt of an invoice, so no collecting what so ever.
For a hassle free handover it would be better but not essential if you where a sole trader (no staff) cleaned with a water fed pole and used similar collecting methods as I do.
