ENFORCER 400psi the suction doesn't seem to be the best
« on: January 27, 2016, 02:32:00 pm »
Hi all I currently have a ashbys enforcer 400psi machine which has had 2 new vacs put In not long ago 1 was standard vac and 1 was hd vacs and the power doesn't seem to be that great to be honest. I really do  think my prochem powermax has more suction than my enforcer all though the enforcer inline is alot bigger than the inlet on the powermax. What would u check to improve suction on my enforcer ???Thanks guys

Are the vacs aligned over the hole correctly and the rubber seal ( if it uses them) has not slipped out of position and slightly blocking the Inlet.

Are you saying it feels less powerful than before it had the new vacs fitted?

Tried cleaning filter ect. Yea it does I never use over 50ft of hose on any job 75% time I always use 25ft il have a check about the hole when I finish tommorow but 90% sure they were straight into the hole. Unless they have slipped. Sounds ok ect just doesn't seem to be a lot of power there really.

Are all the internal hoses connected without air leaks? Are the hose cuffs all sealed with no leaks? Is the lid seal complete and the lid sitting correctly? Is there any obstructions in the hose ie. a cocktail stick with a load of fluff on it? try vacing up a wet rag to clear the hose just in case. Is your wand clear of obstructions? Is there any lint stuck in the motor stages themselves? Are there any obstructions to the exhaust of the motors like a kinked hose?

Cant think of any thing else but it might be one of those issues.
