Not had flu for 20 years. I was a milkman at the time. The flu jab only cover last years virus. This years virus is new and jab is pointless

The doctor has offered it to me but av said no, it's not just for the elderly. Am sure if u ring up an get an appointment the surgery nurse will do it for you.

That rain this afternoon got me good, I left water proofs in the van coz it was quite nice this morning in Manchester.

By the time we got finished just on 5 I was soaked threw to my undies  :'(

Once I got on to the motorway came to a stand still which gave me chance to strip down and drive home in just my undies  ;D

It was dark lads

no i wont  go to the docs mate unless this fevers still with me another couple of days.

at least im saving on the heating bills!ibuprofen and paracetamol has brought my temperature down a notch.a few hours ago i was really burning up!very uncomfortable.

chest is wheezy and tight, dry sore throat but not too bad but when i cough anything up its green dark crap and my bronchial tubes feel raw!constant headache and sore eyes.all my muscles and joints ache and got absolutely zero energy. :(

its just a case of waiting it out and doing bugger all for the next few days! ;D
