Specialising vs Branching out?
« on: September 29, 2015, 10:48:07 am »
Put this in this section because it doesnt really fit anywhere else.

I started out car valeting, since i have added pressure washing, window cleaning, gutters. connys, and now carpet cleaning.

what i am finding is i am creating a headache for myself, not only do i have to buy/maintain all the equipment, i also have that many websites, different leaflet, marketting material etc its making my head spin.

Im trying to seo/backlink all my sites and keep on top of social media etc but i cnat do it i feel like im being dragged in every direction and cant focus

what do you guys reckon? concentrate on one area? ???

No one person can do it all!  Concentrate on what is the most profitable allowing for weather conditions.  i.e. Pressure washing in the snow doesn't work.  So pick two different things and concentrate on them
