I've got all sorts of pain.
One side of my body is over developed, due to using heavy poles from a previous employer.
I'm prone to injury's, so can't do any sports that involve twisting or sit for to long.
Now I have a personal trainer to correct my back, acupuncherest, chiropractor and I do yoga every morning and form roll.
Been going on for years, but the last 6 months I've been training my back up with my P.T and its going well.
