Has anyone out there waterproof there van with fibreglass sheets ?
Just wondered if it was worth doing looks impressive.

just had two of ours fully fiber glassed this week and I am quite happy happy with them

Total waste of time and money, if your humping heavy stuff/machinery in and out of the van then you would want to protect
the floor and sides, but we clean windows.
I used Protectacote on mine and then covered it with a rubber mat, the van still looks like new inside and out and to be honest
the mat would have done the job on its own.

Load of rubbish let it dry out on its own then you can see where the rust is, when its covered and water gets in you could end up with a write off!

450 each for ours to be done , I normaly get them speedlined but thought I would try the fibreglass route this time

If you fancy giving it a go yourself, there are plenty of kits available ( fiberglass roofing kits ) inc all you need on ebay etc. just work out which size kit you need ( square meterage ).
I was going to do it myself with my next van but have just bought a pickup with plastic load liner fitted so no need
