Roof clean

Customers want this growth removing from her roof ( the white spots ) she doesn't want it cleaning, just the spots gone, any ideas?

So she don't want the tiles cleand then really ???
Just attempting to remove the white lichen would leave the tiles looking all patchy as the tiles are filthy

The customer sounds a right oddball to me and probably thinks it's bird poop...Good luck with that  ;D

She did'nt go for it, as smurf said I told her it would look patchy unless we gave it a full clean but the price was too high.

I have been asked to quote four roof cleans, and I didn't get one !    I think people have a low expectation of what they need to have to pay for a professional job  ::)roll

Thing is to do a roof clean properly within H&S regs most would not want it done as the price would be astronomical.
That’s why you get idiots walking about on roofs using a pressure washer without any fall protection then they wonder why they get taken to court and fined.

Algoclear Pro does a very good job on roofs. It takes time to work on lichen though.
