Had a quote to do today , Large bungalow ,needs the carpets cleaning and a price for his drive and paving.

He has just bought the place and moving in shortly, any way priced the carpets £400  , ok he said "will you take £350 " yes fine £350 it is , now for the pressure washing , not wanting to go to high as I already had the carpets in the bag I said again £400 , well knock me down with a feather he said " make it £500  you cannot possibly do that for £400     

Booked them both in, but how strange expecting him to ask me to come down and he ups the price.

Some people like to be in charge and like a discount I'd have done exactly the same thing, big bungalow though.
