wagtail flipper with velcro was a nightmare item. Then they changed it and have plastic clips to hold the pd on. First day using it the thing cracked.

Probably does drive him nuts   
Might help if he not only look at things but actually sees what he is looking at.
Also hear but it would seem that he does not always listen.
