On a lovely estate today where I do quite a few and over the years have prob done most of the 50 odd houses on there at some point or another.
Finishes Mrs H's house and she comes out to pay me
"can you clean my brothers house over there now if you have the time?"
being ever helpful I says yes which one is it ?
she points out an absolutes tw@ts of a house that we fell out with about 3 years ago ....

We fell out 3 years ago .... he was quoted at £12 and he was adamant I had quoted £8 so every time he came to pay there was an issue then he sacked me off when posting a cheque as he had got someone cheaper ... so sorry Mrs H I wont be cleaning your brothers house.
Her response .... £8 that's far too low ... don't blame you.
If I was quoting job now it would be more than £12 as 3 bed detached with a largish conny so at £8 no wonder his cleaner has dumped him
