Testing the water to see if anyone's interested in part of my round.
I have 20 houses in one road (plus occasionals) in the shooters hill area of South East London.The vast majority have not had a price increase since I bought the round myself about 5 years ago.I do them all wfp but I used to do them trad so either way is fine with customers.Mainly fronts only but with two all rounds and other occasional all rounds.I'm not lightning quick and it takes me about 4 hours on my own.
I also have 6 houses in a one road in Sidcup.Again no price increases for years.
The shooters hill road amounts to £124 a month.
Sidcup road is £33,takes me an hour ish.
I haven't leafletted either road since I've been doing them.The shooters hill area in particular could be a gold mine with leafleting/canvassing imo.
Reason for selling is that I'm concentrating on the other part of my round which is in a different area.
