Yes you could buy another one.

But if you make a replacement for the end where the threaded end is like in the video below.
You can still use the old angle adapter.
Cost 10 cents

You just buy a quick lock remove the top section and connect it to the old angle adaptor then swap it back
should you need the screw top again. £6.55
