Cleaned this massive house this morning and the front door was wooden with windows and a few panes of glass next to the door with wooden frame- so , after cleaning, realized one of the panes had filled up with water (bout 1 inch) was only a little square window but still , did I do something wrong? never cleaned the house b4 today

Ok cheers guys, got a bit worried, she's putting it on the market and the photographer is coming Thursday, was gonna try and find a solution for her, but I guess her best bet is to buy a new window!

I've lost one or two customers over similar accusations that my water has caused their windows to develop condensation inside. I've just explained that that wouldn't happen if the seals around the window were good. They do break down over time. But some won't have it and have gotten a little upset. Some just don't seem to understand that most things break down over time and want to blame someone for it to get compensation. I've had that too.
