Phone them up instead. Ive sourced items from them that are not on their website before.

Good advice above.
I have just recently discovered the inline filter on ours. A good clean & whoosh what a difference

The filter needs cleaning on a regular basis,
and I have phoned them twice today, 2 promises of will ring you back and still waiting
I was toying with the idea of buying a new upholstery tool, so although I have been pleased with the drimaster 1 , I am ready to listen to your opinions on other tools.
