Gutter emptying (charge high as mucky job), FSG and upvc cladding, pressure washing but charged properly and not as a quick add on.

Used to do connys but now steer clear of them as take too long and people wont pay my rates that I charge for them (why earn less than you do on windows ?)

I try to avoid anything other than external window cleaning these days. I will do conny roofs if asked to or solar panels but I'm so busy with windows I have no spare time to fit anything else in. I will only quote the most creamy of jobs also & pass anything else on.

I will do any of the above if the money is right unfortunately it never is, the last FSG clean I priced the customer

solar panels, outside f/s/g jobs and conny roofs.yep.(WFP and virosol)

good little earners £40-£60 an hour i get for most of this add on work.if the customer accepts my price.

i usually squeeze them in next time i clean their windows.if its a one off customer then any free afternoon/slack day.

i avoid builders cleans and gutter clearing as it usually involves ladders =risk so i dont bother anymore.
price higher/work harder!

Happy to do FSG  & con roofs only 99.9%  I don't get them on price

I have a mate who gets quite a few add on jobs but he charges £30-40 less than me in some cases .

Why chew on for peanuts when good can be made on regular window cleans .

Hated builders cleans & only accepted them at extortionate prices & then only when I had a really quiet week ahead.

I used to love pressure washing though & made great money at it. Zero stress, it doesn't matter what the weather is like, and you get much more job satisfaction when you're completely transforming a house than from washing windows which were pretty clean in the first place,...
