There are 5 main parts to CleanersAdmin.Customers: You can create customers, add a unlimited amount of addresses to customers. You can see a customer dashboard, which has customer details, address details, job address details and booking and payment history too. You can even cancel a customer and later restore them!
Jobs: Jobs are created to addresses, you can have a unlimited number of jobs. Jobs can be setup as recurring or non-recurring. Recurring jobs are many options, daily, weekly, monthly, yearly and more.
Bookings: once a job is setup we create a booking for the job. Bookings show up on the booking list which the service men performing the jobs see. They have options such as: Confirm booking, Complete booking, and add Paid details. Once a booking is completed if the booking is recurring it will reschedule automatically. Once you enter the payment details about the job, the payment details will also show up on the payment statement page. You can also change the booking dates too.
Quotes: can also be setup allowing you too create quotes for customers, if a quote is accepted they can be converted into a job automatically.
Teams: You can setup teams and employees to assign bookings too. Employees can create their own account. They have access to only the booking list and only bookings assigned to the team they belong too.
Did we forget to mention that the dashboard on the app shows some wonderful information such as: the weather in your area just update the location, a payment graph with sales targets so you can see throughout the month if you're likely to hit your target, activity charts and feeds too.
