If it's just a one off then charge accordingly but if it's a customer that I do a lot of work for then I would do it for free

Once you do it suddenly becomes part of the work spec. A house I do outs only: Lady asks if I could do inside of kitchen windows, yes I say...didn't charge. Now every time I go it's "did you clean the inside of kitchen windows"? Just tell her in future if she wants the inside of the kitchen windows cleaned, there will be a charge for the extra service, just nip it in the bud now, simple's.Lal
