Just started using mine for a  few days now and I have to say it's good
I do still hold the hose to guide it back on the reel as it doesn't seem to go on tight enough when I just let it run through the hose guide
best thing is it's zero effort to get the hose back on board well worth a couple of hundred for this

When I first used my one there was some resistance on the reel but once the little black box got replace there is now no resistance so is fantacstic it just wires up to the battery which if runs flat you could manually wind in but if your battery went dead your pump would be dead too so no problem there just keep the battery charged  Marc
