It's only you oldies that suffer
I'm 30 years young, year 6 wfp and for me it's the opposite, iv found iv built extra strength in the places that matter I.e shoulders, neck etc so don't suffer any pains.
Just remember we to were young and like us you will get older and will suffer when its to late to do anything. With age come wisdom. Smart ass.
I'm of the opinion the younger you get into wfp, the less you"ll suffer later in life.
Wfp has been around for what, 15 years maximum. Most probably didn't even know about it until a few years after that.
So let's say a 45 year old window cleaner took up wfp 5 years ago, at that age it would be much harder for the body to adapt to these new stresses and strains.
On the other hand a 25 year old who took up wfp 5 years ago, by the time he reaches 45 his body would be far more flexible and use to wfp.
