Hi all ive been offered a big car park by me at my local pub the car park holds 120 cars the landlord said i could use half the car to set up a hand car wash buiness on weekends in return i just clean his windows free each month ( £50.00 ).
Now what i want you help on is do you think its worth giving it a go or just forget the idea, The pub is on  a main road so signs leading onto the car park could pull them in but at £3 - £4 per car wash and rinse is it worth it?

My in-laws live up norf and at the local morrisons there is a chap who offer a quick and simple car clean while you do your shopping.  He charges 4 pounds for a wash and shammy dry.  He has a van with a water tank in and he arms himself with a bucket and sponge.
This chap is flat out.  Had a natter with him last time we were there and he said that he cant keep up. The fact that you have a car park at the pub means that the punters have something to do while you spruce up their motor.
Just my opinion but if I were you I`d give it a go.

I think thats the idea cause i put it to him that whilst there cars are being valeted cause i was gonna offer that to maybe they would come into the pub for a pint and some food maybe.
I think it goes with the old saying "NOTHING VENTURED NOTHING GAINED" 
As for the water and electric there is a outside tap where i can run the hose pipe from and also there is a mains supply outside to which he said there aint a problem me using for the jetwashers

We have a large one near us, its staffed by about 10 polish lads who graft like hell, do a really good job for £5 cars £6.50 people carriers, the que is always big, the owner must be racking it in.
