McDonald's jetwashing
« on: April 25, 2015, 07:05:06 pm »
What kind of price do you guys get jetwashing areas for McDonald's franchises?  Say 6am - 1pm cleaning walkways and parking bays etc?

Matt.

They won't want you doing them at that time try early hours and depending on how much you including in the work but around the £400 + mark if you doing the bays.

Which McDonald's franchisees are you thinking Dave, some want them done for £150-£200 and want everything done, all car park included. Makes me laugh.

Around here they usually do them in the middle of the day by a member of staff, same as windows they give some kid a roll of kitchen towel and they wander round flapping at the glass.

I think you be lucky to get the £150 never mind £400 for washing over the outside - but that's just my perception of that sort of work

I wouldn't waste my time quoting them Dave. Last McDonald's I quoted,  clean all paving inc islands,  remove gum, clean drive thru inc lots of oil removal.
I went in at 500 because I knew they are skimpers and I needed the work at the time.  Pretty much got laughed off site.
Never again!

McDonald's franchisees are tight f***ers. Same goes for KFC.  Smelly student types running these places and would rather buy a Karcher and have a go themselves.
