Only last week Mike  was asked to price a bedroom/ h/s/l and lounge whilst working in an opposite house.

I quoted £100 if they had it cleaned when I had finished the job  was on , ( had a gap to fill )  they said they had had cleaned the week before by the said persons and they had charged £75   , a good price he said ,but they took less then half an hour, and we both  know they use a porty and usually 2 of them on the job, so it doesn't really surprise me!!

I know we all at some point are bound to have a custy have a moan about some thing once in a while, but I agree not good at all.
I,m sure they should be able to delete some where.

Think off it in a different way Mabye they are clever and don't care about a bad review as they can delete them or Mabye mike put it there as he's bitter they rank better who knows

Not bitter, she is a mate of mine,

she ranks higher that me because she has optimised her site for hull I don't want to work in hull, bit like you  will rank higher than me for your town but I don't work in your town.

I doubt very much that Mike is bitter Neil,
He is always busy, always willing to help other local c/c and many a time has gone out of his way to help me with a problem, whether it be a cleaning problem and more so equipment problem, so I think you barking up the wrong tree on that one.

My point was They aren't idiots , They rank well and have been going some time now , Anyone can have a bad cc day and customers are a very fickle bunch and its very easy for them to post comment such as that one just because
1. They had a bad day
2. You were unable to meet their expectations
