Crud catcher
« on: April 11, 2015, 02:58:50 pm »
Does anyone use anything to catch the crud, like in the gutter on the road. I want something to minimize the crud that runs down the road from the drive but will still let the water pass freely. Not a makeshift thing, I'm looking for something that looks professional.

Thanks.

Matt.

Maybe use some chicken wire, or wire mess over the grid as an alternations, add some wood to do a diy

Just don't rinse it down the road.

Some may always end up there but if you do it well, not much.

Just sweep this up on your sanding visit.

A good wet vac is a help, but can be a pain in the arse, especially if no power and you need a gennt too.

Plastic shover, large bucket and hessian type sack, simple and does the job on most.   Bad drainage, again, wet vac with pump.
