BAKERY CAFE CLEAN

Hi,

I have a carpet to clean in the cafe above a bakery which is obviously heaving with flour.After pre vac the three main products i use are Restormates Restore it, Chemspecs Preekleen enzyme soil lifter and M Power. Out of the the three which would you guys go with?
