Thermal Fogger?
« on: March 31, 2015, 08:06:43 am »
Morning all,

I'm about to clean a building that had some smoke damage. I'm looking to see what people recommend as the best - Regular Fogging (water based) or Thermal Fogging (oil based)?

Any thoughts?

Thermal fogging may help at the end of the job but I do not like to leave chemical residues behind on my jobs. The best guidance is to remove the source of odour then ventilate the building well.

First:- decontaminate
Second:- clean
Third:- ventilate

There are many specialist treatments that can be carried out such as using thermal shock.
