how often the floor should be buffed is depndant on the footfall, if it is a heavily used room you may need to buff it twice a week, but weekly or even fortnightly is usually fine if the polish level is good, have you checked that it has been sealed? if it has are you going to mop it with a maintainer? this will add to your costs, is it a kitchen? this too will add to your costs as it comes more into the industrial cleaning rather than general cleaning. Is it to be included with another job that you are doing on the same premises? or do you need to go there specially for that particular job?
Assuming it is a canteen floor with footfall of approx 100 people per day, it has been sealed and the seal is in good condition, then mopping with a maintainer daily and buffing weekly will suffice, if you are already doing work on the same site then I'd price it at an extra £25- £30 per week
