diy trolley
« on: March 08, 2015, 09:04:09 am »
Hi, I want to build a trolley system as I can't find a used one. I know I need a pump, battery and controller but does anyone have recommendations for these items. I want parts that are proven to work and won't let me down. Thanks in advance

Hi. I built mine 4  months ago and its fine.

All off ebay

Alloy trolley 15
100psi 4lpm chinese pump 15
12v 9ah battery 15
30m 5mm id hose 12

I then used an old plastic tool box to house pump and battery. Few jubilee clips to fit it all together. A switch few quid to put on front of box. You can even buy a voltage modulator for a few quid to use as a flow control valve.

I bought a spare pump and batt as backups but not hsd to ise them yet. Get a bigger batt if u need to depending on your workload
