can any body give an actual soft wash mix that works

Whats the substrate and whats the "dirt"…how are you going to apply?

The pictures are poope ..is the surface painted ?. Masonary paint..or lime wash?

masonry paint on render with exposed timber beams painted, single glazed leaded windows so no hypo

the main dirt is traffic film and the building has a few paint flake areas and the widows are single glazed original leaded so quite delicate.all the cleaning will need to be done from the ground

Use a good caustic soap. You are still going to need scaffold or cherry picker.

cant use scaffold or cherry picker as the building in right on the road. will need to be doen early am sunday so spray on wait and rinse off
