How do I inject chemical into a (tap fed ) water fed pole. Typically a 15% solution when the water feed is running at 15lpm from the tap.

As in mains supply?

You can get some inline mixers - unger do one or ebay, however they are a little hit and miss, if it's thick soap they are good if it's thin liquid they tend to dump the chem very quickly

Need the mix to be regulated ( to a certain extent) The Unger ones etc are way out as you say.

Making a small pumped trolley is your only way to guarantee your mix/ratio to come out of a brush.

 i have pump systems…but want to get away from premixing. Carl…yes it will I think. But the cost to build three of them will be around £1500. Trying to find another alternative.

So do i Chris. I use a snow foam gun. I fill the bottle with Turtle wax wash and go. The snow foam gun as you may or may not know has no problem shoving foam wherever you want even 25 foot high. I get the Turtle wax wash and go from Costco, it costs approx £15 for a 25 litre tub. I have found this to be as good as any Cherry Snow Foam. Then you can blast off with a lance or rub down with WFP. I've found the wash and go unbeatable for either Trucks, vans . cars etc.. and have used it on houses.........windows, soffits, gutters and conservatorys. I kid you not.

I was trying to get away from premix /prespray just to prevent issues with streaking/soap drying on the cladding in spring/summer. We were doing the same as you with an xjet….works well.

Now we can have two/three poles off one supply (soap fed) and somebody following washing down. I have infinite control over the soap/water mix and then also how "wet" we want the building by varying the  amount of "mix" up the pole(s) . All are fed off one hose pipe supply ,no electrical or engine driven pumps. 
I doubt the end results are any better than what you are achieving other than we might be able to work faster.

Dosatron stuff is usually very good.
I used to have automatic coin operated car wash equipment delivered to Bulgaria and I always insisted on Dosatron as they never/rarely let you down. That was between 2008 and 2010 - they are all still working now.
