I have a Harben 4000 @ 54 litres/ min and you will forever be waiting fir it to fill up. I don't have an unloader as its a dump system so its awkward to use a gun, I only use it to was sewage after a drain job. I did use it to wash mud off a huge drive after building works and three healthy outside taps did'nt keep up. Its a drain jetter

Does need to run at 46lts a min? If I run it on tick over and use smaller jets I could have a great machine that will last forever as it will never be stressed or forced to run at full whack.
How reliable are these pumps? they look completely different from the usual ones which I can maintain myself

Does it have an unloader ? They can be fitted but these are bigger than your normal unloader. They are BRITISH pumps and can be run dry, they are expensive to rebuild but rarely need to be done, the factory is in Salisbury and have various depots. Ring them and ask - they speak English
I have had mine 8 years without major issue - touch wood
