yell.com - half my money back. Should I ask for more?!
« on: February 11, 2015, 12:53:35 pm »
Just had a message off Yell regarding my complaint and shoddy service.
In my email I asked for half of my money back and they agreed to it outright, which I wasn't expecting now wish I'd asked for 100%!! Damn it!
Should I go back to them and try and get more out of them?
They appear to be bricking it, as I've threatened them with press involvement, ombudsman and complaining through the Advertising Standards Authority.

I had issues with YELL.com myself, got a full refund.  The company seems to be in a mess to be honest, i would use a free add, but would not pay more than a few pounds for basic upgrades.
I did not become someone different
I did not want to be

But Im new here
Will you show me around?

I would advise against even a free ad with these muppets- they will bombard you day in, day out with calls to sell you a "payed for" advert!!

Haha, this is a joke, they just tried to fob me off with a free full years heavyweight ad.

You can guess where I told them to stick it!
