Has anybody used or use a cristal fusion machine for upholstery cleaning.
Would appreciate any info/review/opinions.

Steven, I have a Cristal Fusion machine and it does the job it's designed for. You generally need a prespray for the dirtier parts, but customers are always happy with the result. It can spray the foam around a little,  but not too bad generally. You must run plain water through it after finishing, to clean the machine otherwise it can get blocked. I have seen a couple recently at reasonable prices. It also leaves a stain protection on the fabric too. Easy and quick to use.

I used von schrader machine for many years. On dirty suites prespray is needed which increases the drying time.
I found that with a good upholstery tool I can get better result a lot quicker without increasing the drying time.
The dry foam is a neutral detergent and so just did not have the bite.
