Hope you get your money back soon. I have purchased 2 machines of ebay from Nottingham area got them to drop them to Cleansmart who serviced them and sent on to me payment was made when goods were received by Cleansmart and checked over.

It looks like Barclays and actionfraud have acted and frozen his accounts thankfully. It looks like I will get my funds back so Christmas is back on !

 Lesson learned hopefully they will prosecute the numpty.

Hi peter, i am so glad you have got your money back, but i will never buys anything which is over £500 from e bay until i have seen the goods.

You really wouldn't want to be picking anything up from that area in Nottingham with 2 grand cash on you either, so looks like a good result both ways!

Interesting article on the Daily Mail yesterday about a couple who bought a mini digger to some d.i.y work at their home and got one off ebay for £6.500, needless to say it never arrived and they put in a claim through Paypal to get their money back only to be told that the guarantee does not apply to commercial transactions.
