Is it not obvious that they put your listing near the top when you first join ? over time it gets further down the list and when questioned they say its your fault because you don't enter into the spirit of their scheme. It also depends where in the country you are.  It worked at first but not now so they got kicked into touch - if it works for you then keep paying them

We seem to have different results / experiences from these sites, maybe it's the services we offer 
Rarely suffer from price shoppers, recently joined cat, paid for itself in first month.

And it will be Mike as the services you offer are different to most?  just watch out for the goal posts moving over time with CAT 

thats what I assumed, it helps with our location, as cat is relatively new up here, i have a few issues which we need to discuss with them, will see how it goes. We joined as it seemed an easy way to target a new area for the cost with the benefit of aiding our current web site

Your location will be a benefit, as you say it's new up there. As far as helping your website? put it this way, I left in August last year, website hits have NOT dropped off, so CAT was no help there which I thought it might have been. Good luck in getting issues sorted out with them, as they don't see the bigger picture IMO. What started out as a great idea is unfortunately very flawed.

All of these sites work slightly differently no one system is perfect will see how it goes, been with Tat for yrs I have issues with it, But at the end of the day it still gives good results for cost that's what matters
