template for excel?

hi, does anyone have a good template for excel they can share with me? i've just got a pda so i'm planning on using it instead of a book.

great stuff the pda i got one last oct, little time getting used to but great help for me,  real crap at doing the paper work pda cut it down for me, and great for reminders and to do list!  and showing customers pics of the kids! wich they love!
here is a simple template i use but i do want to improve on, but dont know all the exel methods!

ive been hearing about his pocket george, does it sink up with pc easy? why do you like it bear, and hows that smartlly fitted van of yours did you paint it inside??  ;D

i think it is for palm only, but i think exel, if you know how can fit right for the job, im going to ask a computer buff mate to make mine work even more for me! nokmond i will post when/if done
