i used george for 5 years but cleaner planner is much more up to date and you can have worksheets/debtlists on your phone with the mobile app.
email invoices to commercial customers/large domestic at the touch of a button
add notes,upload your logo to invoices etc
text direct from customer details on worksheet if you need to send a message the night before clean on mobile app
brilliant support from rob at cleaner planner
cleaner planner has its own forum for trouble shooting/adding new features/updates etc
and loads more features if you need them but its also easy to keep it simple if thats the way you want to organise your work.
i love the "drop and drag" feature when rescheduling/juggling jobs about
your work is automatically backed up every day by rob to 3 different servers for piece of mind
you can log on and see your work on any PC/tablet with an internet connection so no worries if your computer crashes/breaks.
basic package is £15 a month and you can pay every month by credit card if you wish
for the more advanced package itll cost you more but youll get gocardless integration and mailchimp and dropbox if you want to back up work yourself.
ive been using it just over a month now and i love it.so glad i switched!
rob will also import your customers details,debts,prices etc from george/window cleaner pro etc if thats what your currently using saving your loads of time inputting each and every customer!
