you damaged my widows
« on: December 05, 2014, 06:03:12 pm »
doing some shops today and whilst collecting a custy who worked in shop (cleaned her for 10 years) She lays straight into me. 'What do you put in your water'...Nowt i says, infact I take things out. Big do's and little do's  in a shop full of folk and she reckons it looks like 'ive put petrol' on her windows.

Thinking she means rainbow colour. Without looking at them I think theyve poped  and she's noticed them in the low sun and something thats coalting the windows has reacted when this has happned...or could i have caused it ?

I doubt you have caused any damage , Had custy come out house the other day asking why the windows had tried badly invited me in the house to look as sun was shining through .

I put I finger mark straight through the middle of her bodged inside clean with Karcher vac she was quite surprised when I showed her and said I noticed it when walking up the drive .

They instantly blame the windy without really considering or investigating properly .

They need looking after really.
Especially as they're probably on their own now.

What niggles me is when a customer phones to expresses their concern over the quality of my workmanship that, in actual fact, amounts to nothing more than a few drops of water left on there windows that, for some peculiar reason, they've never noticed before; and this in spite of the fact that I've been cleaning their windows, in this manner for many years.

Their imprudence is a tad too rash for my liking!

I have had a customer not understanding that there is dirt on her 3rd floor window which she can see with light shining through and not understanding that I cannot see it from the ground.

It's annoying when the bird poop or other mark is right at the bottom of the pane near the sill and you can't stand back to the ideal distance on a main road for fear of being hit by passing traffic. ;D

If someone makes themselves understood, that's all that matters exactly the same as you did using bad grammar.  ;)
Just chant..... Hare Krsna, Hare Krsna, Krsna Krsna, Hare Hare, Hare Rama, Hare Rama, Rama Rama, Hare Hare. It's beats chanting Tory Tory or Labour Labour.
