They were ok ...
I have started removing all reference to their products from my websites. I sent them an email stating that it will be for a trial period...if it affects me too much I will review it and risk the consequences.

I don't see how they can really....It (k rend) gets dirty ...we clean it.
We only advertise "we are in the business of cleaning it". There "take" was It was a brand name I /we are using.
I explained most of the "render" I clean is K rend ...it's  a problem with the their product .
