Just to let you know that this company only recover debts for companies with multiple debtors, i.e they will not work for companies such as me that only need to recover one debt every blue moon. I think the best course of action is to take them to small claims court at a fee of £35, unless there are other solicitors who undertake the odd debt without charging large fees.
