Flow rate for 6l water heater

Just purchased and fitted one of these heaters. Working well but I prefered my old fogwash. The foggy seems to kick in on a lower flow. I have to have my controller at 65 for it to kick in which means the water is squirting out about 5 foot from the jets. I like a good flow but that's a bit too much for me. I don't want to split it and bypass back to the tank, are there any other tips or tricks to get it to kick in earlier?

My water comes out about 10 ft from the brush let the water do the work you'll find you won't have to keep trying to chase down Those bits of crap on the glass with more water its a lot lot easier

It doesn't matter how hot the water is either you still need a good flow of water to do the job quicker and better
