Hi folks, apologies in advance if this has been answered many a time...
My business is predominantly end of tenancy house cleans, communal areas and I used to sub the carpet cleans out to various people for easiness.
I am now looking to purchase a good machine, however my head is absolutely pickled as to which one to go with. I have been looking at the Ashby's website for a few weeks and Ideally, I'd like to just pick a package that's ready to go - machine, wands, chemicals etc
I have sort of numbered it down to a few models..
1 = Prochem Steempro Powerplus SX2700 + Heat & Run Heater. Approx £2100 + vat with wand, hose, hand/ upholstery tool.
150 PSI Pump / 2 X 3 STAGE HIGH LIFT VAC (240 LIFT)
2 = NINJA – 200 PSI 1 X 5.7 HD + Immersion heater - an additional £300 over the Prochem
200 PSI Pump / 1 X 3 STAGE vAC (147 LIFT)
3 = NINJA – 400 PSI 2 X 5.7 HD + Immersion Heater. + £200 over the above.
400 PSI Pump / 2 x 3 Stage HD VACS ( 230 LIFT)
Looking at the pump and vac specs, I would need to spend £500 extra on Option 3 to get a similar performance in water lift to the Option 1 Prochem? I have it in my head that the "lift" is the more important figure to look at as this will ensure most dirt etc is extracted and fabrics drier faster. Is 150PSI spray "enough"
I will probably go with a lease purchase deal to benefit myself tax wise and not hurt my finances with a big outlay in one go, so between them there isn't too much difference in monthly payments.
Has anyone any experience of the V2 Steam mate system? I've saw the various videos on the Ashby's site and it does make it look very impressive. If the 400 PSI Ninja is the one to go with, I would likely just go all out and add on the V2 steam mate.
Also (sorry), they offer 2 detergent packages.
The ashbys kit -

http://www.carpet-cleaning-equipment.co.uk/ecofriendly-green-detergent-accessory-package-no-3-p-1110.htmlIS the own brand stuff worth it or best off just going with the Prochem stuff?
Sorry for the war & peace guys!
