My normal start time used to about 9.30ish but have recently had a few early starts at 8am ... stating the b leeding obvious but makes a nice difference to days turnover plus sometimes nice to finish at 3.30

I had a customer have a right go at me once for starting at 9:15 on a saturday. Since then i wouldn't start before 10am on a saturday, or 8:30 weekdays.

09:15 is almost lunchtime!
Qualify them first and tell them your normal starting time is x. If they say fine then all is good, if not, do them later in the day.

My sister in laws windy often turns up at 5 am! Seriously. He works off ladders too and charges her £3.50 for an end terrace, front and back.
