I need to do risk assessments for all my customers, all domestic, so that I can adhere to the hse rules.
Thing is, don't know where to begin
I've looked at some samples in the document area, but just don't get it.
Do I have to put down what windows are cleaned by what method, ie ladder or pole?
Do I give a copy to the client?
I'm confussed on this
Any help would be greatful. I want to work within the law, and safley, just don't get what is involved in doing a domestic risk assessment.
