I've had a few customers have new conservatories with self cleaning glass and they have told me to stop cleaning them....After a few months they all wanted me to clean them again  ;D

my view and what I say to customers

if it was that good it would be on all car windscreens etc

I would bird mess doesn't really stick to it and rain keeps it washed off but it doesn't self clean the dirt off.

never had a problem from any customers

If you look up pilkingtons self cleaning glass you will find their recommendations on how to clean.  They are typically non-committal, but basically as has been said just use soft brush wfp

I would print off pilkingtons bit about cleaning glass and show customers that its not self cleaning then watch there faces when they realise they still got to pay to have them cleaned ;D
