Solar panel

Hi ,
I just been asked to quote for a solar panel farm,around 36660 panels to be cleaned twice a year.Although we cleaned the odd residential I find it a bit hard to estimate the time will take to clean the amount above.Also they asked for a price per panel.So I look forward to your help.

The question needs a lot more meat on the bones to get a decent answer.

Last clean?
Location?
